During this 10 session program, over 10 weeks, join me and a group of like minded others, to discover what it is that you really need in order to achieve optimal health. The Wellness Sessions is an intimate program of only 10-12 people, who together will move through all the fundamental areas of wellness in order to make changes to their health in a way that works for them. It's a very unique and in depth program, designed specifically for those who want quality nutritional education with a more personal approach.
Broken up into 9 core areas, each session has been designed to educate you on the top areas of wellness that are vital for healthy living. They are the fundamental pieces that you just must know. We start with the basics and then move through to areas that will amplify your health and set you apart from the rest. This program looks at the root causes of health issues, how to supercharge your wellness, and how to adopt all of this in a way that is easy, enjoyable, and sustainable.
